I think it's just a tranny. Trannies have very masculine voices and would want to be referred to as a 'she'. It makes sense as the rest of vshojo are either american lefties or the equivalent for their zone. Consider they have an actual whore amongst them and nyanners who at some point transitioned into a tumblrina. It makes more sense then just it's a man. If it was a guy I would imagine that they probably wouldn't be allowed in the "girls-only" chat. I don't know what their personal discord is like though.
