I'm not sure about a general explanation, but for me it's just a much more "intimate" feel so to speak. On top of the treat of seeing Ame moving around in 3D with all of her kyut mannerisms, the camera's also really close and she's constantly interacting with us in some way. In some ways, she completes the "immersion" without even trying because of how it feels like your there with her, only heightening the experience. At this point, it's just more cherries on top that make us (me) love her more in general and enjoy watching
