None of NijiEN are Japanese except maybe Elira. Also most of that description isn't going off of their voice but off of what they've said on stream or their known backstory like Finana being Hmong or their mannerisms like the way Pomu's voice trails off when she's nervous or on the verge of tears that makes her seem pretty timid in a way that is more common for tall girls that are used to being looked at.
Okay I admit that last part is pretty autistic of me.
