Shiina is a shameless guilt tripper and manipulator as well. She talks about backreading the discord giving her anxiety when absolutely no one mentioned the situation at all, they were just talking about Gundam and mecha.
Every time Shiina does something that could possibly result in backlash she always changes the subject to her health, mental or physical. She'll start talking about how bad her anxiety is or one of the many of other health problems she's apparently suffering from. It's a surefire way to keep her fanbase of lonely guys sympathetic towards her and feeling guilty for even thinking about criticizing or questioning her decisions.
