We didn't really get a proper consensus on the Vitubia question, but for the time being I specified that base Vitubia lore is not part of the ground truth since there seemed to be a bit of uncertainty on that topic.
Also, note there is a changelog and list of to-dos for the setting, feel free to suggest additions to either.
