I'm actually starting with a personal trainer today along with my wife. Tonight's session will likely be a set of exercises to give the trainer an idea of our current physique and limits so they can begin to create a workout plan to do ourselves through the week. In the informational on Saturday with another person, he had us do wall sits, planks, sleigh weight pushes/pulls, and finally just a simple triceps curl machine. I'm guessing tonight will be more of the same. Not looking forward to doing the sleigh pull or the plank again, the pull is tough as fuck to do quickly since my calves pull easily, which is something I hope to fix with the trainer's help.

I don't have the exact order of events yet, but things like how ill introduce marine, lamy, and mio are pretty detailed so far. I also have future conflicts and events jotted down for when they eventually become right to do.

How Noel comes back into the story is planned to, but i havent decided on the when yet. Usually when I complete an arc I can better choose what should come next, Marine is likely after this arc I just started though.

I hope she streams Pokemon.
