The big dream is typically to get into a really creative field like screenwriting or novels, but the more common job prospects would be stuff like copywriting. All that text you see on any given website/advertisement/piece of packaging has to be written by someone, after all. Even video content typically needs someone to whip up a script. It's also not terribly hard to kind of shift course into editing or journalism.
