This is most likely true and would explain flash terminations. They invent their coworkers malicious behavior, report it to JP management and they instantly believe it's true due to the made up evidence. Talent gets the boot and because they signed the NDA which likely has stuff about not talking about management, they can't talk about their coworkers true behavior either.
Like, if Elira is your manager and she did all of this stuff, you wouldn't be able to say it, and wouldn't be able to disclose the bullying tactics either, also, if the other bullies got elevated to management, they also have this accidental NDA immunity. Which is also why Elira and the clique likely reached to Doki's emergency contact nonstop in a hurry so they won't spill the details to authorities or hospital staff who themselves can report stuff to authorities if said contact has access to Doki's phone and thus Selen's discord account and the Niji EN servers and that means access to The Evidence™, including The Receipts$.
>The embezzlement rrat again?
No, something that could actually fuck them in the ass and is known and plausible.

>Niji VTubers don't have a salary.

That flies alright in ID, maybe CN and JP. But Canadian law fucks companies in the ass if they try to make people who are basically employees into stealth employees by listing them as contractors so they can not pay them a salary. The problem here is well.
>They don't pay salaries
>The biggest VTubers were barely making money
>They were forced to pay out of pocket because management is not paying
>Allegedly NIJI EN management is clique members, ESLs and people who Elira doesn't instantly fire.
>Somehow the other clique member VTubers have a lot of money
>There's zero chance in hell the manager salary, if they even have one, is enough to fund all the content they were putting out, specially all those projects.
Something is happening here, I doubt it is embezzlement, but if there's favoritism, wouldn't it be possible for them to actually be paying the talents who fall in line and practically giving nothing to the others?, but then, who's managing the money?, has any NIJI EN member talked about having an accountant background?
What's it called when you selectively chose to pay some and not others?
