Silver still has her 3D model with the more recent improved face tracking software. There was a rumor she was getting a 2D avatar because she commissioned one and that commission became known. Turns out that commission was for her brother who is now Kon Zetsu on Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/kon_zetsu).). She actually trolled everybody about it, too, partially to keep it a secret and partially because it was funny as hell having people go apeshit thinking Silver was going Live2D.
