Wanna know? The answer is simple and complicated, and that's basically female friendships. There wasn't any drama, fight or even like you said brand risk. For Mouse, Nyan moved on and went into becoming closer with Vei and keeping her social more closed to her and Aethel's friends only, and Mouse became closer to the VShojo girls (but still a bit superficial because she's like that). Couple that they are both really autistic with friendships and probably don't want to "bother" the other, and calling each other out of the blue it's not them. Outside of like a few she's REALLY close with, Mouse is pretty weird with friendships, and calls them friends or that they are still in good terms but won't reach too much, hence why she still talks positively about Vei, Nyan and even Silver compared if you bring Arcadum, Nux or even Nazuna to her.
