Duolingo is passable for surface level knowledge. There is no korean equiavalent of the japanese learning threads on 4chan. But the earlier post was hyperbole. Unlike Japanese and chinese, the alphabet, hangul, is easy to learn because it is purely meant to convey phonetics.
