Some of the best singers have the worst talking voices in terms of general appeal (also look at Enna Alouette or Holo's Moona). I do find it endearing, however. I don't know if Levi does it on purpose but it's definitely debuffing her numbers. Her 3D concert is super good, especially the duets with Yumeoi and Kuzuha; the bridge between both songs is exemplary showmanship:

This. Podcasts power me through work and I realized that I love listening to human interaction in general, NijiEN does it pretty well. Stuff like the 8(?) hours stanley parable stream Elira did that turned into a Lazulight hangout is great. This was before HoloEN started encouraging this culture among their talents. Even now when they do, it's not comparable with NijiEN.
