Horn works well on her because the instakill means she's getting heals even during the tough mob rushes, since it's constant kills and constant heals, but the healing pace even with choco horns doesn't compare to korone's base heals, it's just decent enough that she can make the rest of her abilities work. They did expand the void's range and it does ok damage.

Well, she still has the slowing, and the void has a bigger radius and does decent damage on it's own, it's more like they mixed and improved void and Tentacult, unless I'm completely misremembering. But yeah, I do think she needs work. At least Choco horns put her in a decent place. I was even able to facetank stage 1 endless mobs for a good while up to minute 29, it's nice being able to actually get takos to walk all the way to your position so their knockback and heals actually work as they should.
