Irys was good at first but is forced to churn out shit songs by Cover so she's burnt out
Council was shit from the beginning, maybe because later Myth was so lazy although they seem to have gotten even lazier after Council debuted so maybe it feeds into each other.

The problem is you need to hire girls who actually enjoy streaming. EN is a bunch of girls who enjoy gaming or singing but don't enjoy doing it in front of an audience as much, except for Kiara maybe. Like in JP and ID you have girls who are physically unhappy if they aren't streaming like Kaela, Koyori, Watame, etc. While EN doesn't have to go THAT far, although it would be nice, how many times has an EN talked about how they don't want to play a game on stream because it's different, or it's a performance, or you have to think about filling the dead air? Off the top of my head I remember Ina, Ame, Gura, Kronii, and Mumei saying that or similar things. To EN streaming is a job, a chore.
