From personal experience, I've seen people doing it without any problem bar some tweaks and still making a MEGA as a secondary option. Maybe there will be a trick like doing a monthly page so there's some sort of a library of sound if the lists become really extensive and I don't think it will take a while before it becomes really extensive. One is free to experiment. I just know that I'm going to sort it yearly and by branch for the collabs & mentions page for the Joint /ope/rations Center.
