According to Soraposter's translation of COVER's website, the manager's actual jobs are
>talent motivation/care
>coordination between the chuba and the higher ups
>schedules
>troubleshooting and misc. support
So half the stuff anon's blame the managers for aren't their actual jobs. Collabs and permissions all fall under the "Operations Director" position.

>his is the only place I've ever seen discussion of why they do things in a business management capacity, even if the discussion that's worthwhile is thin and between a few anons, not the schizophrenics and general wanna-be proletariat organizers that seem to shit up the place more often.
Every time I've seen someone talk about the "business management" of Cover it's reeked of someone who's underaged/unemployed/never worked a real fucking job in their life. People unironically think that some little talent manager can unilaterally run an entire branch and stonewall another, just because they're the only aspect of management that has a face. Of all the positions in the company, I'd bet you the talent managers/nanny's are among the lowest when it comes to authority.

A-chan sounds like a better singer than like 75% of the girls in Hololive.
