Ina is actually one of the higher-ups on management, surpassing even AO, Jenma and everyone. She has been weaving a plan this whole time for mysterious purposes and AO/Alpha Omega was just her lapdog. She got Sana into Hololive purely as a way to try to get perms for things like Genshin; this failed so Sana was of no further use so she quietly drove her out in the background. But before she axed her, she intentionally made her give a peptalk to Tempus to before debut so that they would be overconfident (Ina herself even helped with the song collab) this was just to make an example out of them and prove a point to Yagoo because she foresaw that they'd fail anyway. Furthermore, she even stripped AO of his role and relegated him to the manager of Tempus after seeing how he had failed to run the rest of EN. Ina is literally like a ruthless/mafia boss pulling the streams and disposing of people when they are of no further use to her. Omega is gone because he was an inadequate middle manager, Tempus will soon be gone because they were an unsatisfactory annoyance, Sana was brought in, used and axed just for perms and god knows what other reasons. Every time Ina goes on a break some shit happens and every time she comes back some new shit also happens; you're crazy if you can't see it.
