Don't be too bummed about the results of this year's Vtuber Music Award. Last year holofans went hard into voting and managed to turn the result in their favor, this year it looks like both fanbases decided to step in which resulted to inflated amount of votes and more boring results with just holo and niji.

You could vote for 5 songs and 3 MV, having too many songs could be an issue, you're right. It is not really akin to the last year, they had 4 Holo, 3 Niji, 1 BOOGEY VOXX, 1 Kaf and 1 Rim in top10, 4 Holo in top5 actually. And yeah, I have checked and a couple of Niji have indeed mentioned it on Twitter, not the most popular vtubers but I guess they share some common audience and through retweets it could potentially reach a lot of people. The saddest thing is that this year there is hardly any indies/other companies, whereas the last year half the entries were vsingers. Not that anyone takes this poll as a quality contest but it could be a reason for them to feel proud I guess. Well, at least the expert choice they had seems to be more fair, HACHI got in there too.
