Dunno what rifle that is, but using the m40 as a reference (used by usmc scout snipers) the muzzle velocity is around 777m/s. Assuming her chest is about 1/3 of a meter wide it would take the round 0.00042857 seconds to pass (0.333/777). Let's say the titty moves a space of 1/6 meters going down to up (measured my own chest for these measurements and rounded) it would have half the time given to move out of the way since the bullet moves across half the chest to reach the second titty, so 0.000214s. Titty moved 16.7cm in 0.000214 seconds, or (0.167/0.000214=) 780.374 m/s - about mach 2, so not quite as fast but still fast enough that it would probably just rip it off lol
