While that may be true, id still feel bad to say anything that may hurt others feelings or whatever, even if there are no consequences due to the anonimity.

I mean i had to deal with people being mean to me/bullying me in my whole childhood which is why my self esteem is basically non existent, so i never wanted to take after them, so it may be related to that.

Its pretty hard to get me really mad (like my neighbours managed to do due to years of constant stuff piling up) but generally im not someone to hold a grudge for long. Im not even mad at my neighbours anymore and i may have been overreacting due to letting the stress get to me too much. I promise what i said was only due to the stress. Im not mentally ill enough to act out on what i mentioned, at worst id probably rehome my cats and go to norway if i cant handle the stress anymore (its really getting there if things dont change soon).

I just need a break from the stress but nothing seemingly helps to calm down so i feel stuck. I dont want to die because i hate living but rather just to get a break from the constant stress and noise in this apartment.
