Yeah, it wasn't forced on her. They might have just let it go if Towa didn't ask to come clean about saying it was management instead of her friends. 5chan were on a little witch hunt to track down the voices and her apologizing and taking the week off cooled things off.

The suspension was her own choice. Cover didn't throw her under the bus. The statement was released after consultation with Towa. She took the hit so people would stop bothering her friends. (people on 5chan and NND were going trough her old PL streams and hassling people that sounded like the voices on stream that she collabed with)
