I'm not sure, coomers don't really seek GFE, it's pretty different even if you can want both. Multiple Vshojo are coomer-friendly but don't really GFE.

For lumi I feel it's just to oppose her very dignified outfit, which even if it shows skin, is made for a star, very elegant. So something vulgar/basic is a nice contrast.
Just like the effect some characters express in manga when seeing some in casual outfit when they always saw them in school uniform i guess.
