Laplus is one of the very few holos who acts like a NijiJP while still being within Hololive.
i.e. very casual language, streaming whenever the fuck she wants, involving random people like her roommate without asking anyone, focusing too much on anti comments,and generally just NijiJP style (except she also does a lot of collabs).

This naturally means that she's one of the very few holo who have a majority Niji fanbase.
Even her 3D debut was more along the lines of a NijiJP 3D debut than a typical one with songs n stuff.

Unfortunately, this also means that she gets a lot of the same schizos that Niji livers get, the ones who stalk all her activities and constantly doompost and say toxic shit about her (because she will pick it up and be affected by it).
