Micomet's idol cover was stuck at sub 100k for several hours IIRC

More concrete example was the ridiculous initial culling on this Mumei vod:
<17 hours or so: stuck at 23k
~1day: GOES DOWN TO 2.2k (picrel)
a couple hours later: finally processed to 120k
Was fucking weird
