I recommend Torrent, unzip it, and it's pretty easy from there. The UserData folder it's gonna be your new best friend, as you need to put the cards there (chara for obviously chracters and Studio\scene for CharaStudio)

Koikatsu is a game as it's on, you can mess around with your cards and fuck them or edit them, play the "story" which is just a VN but with your cards. CharaStudio is where the magic happends, it's a fully fledge 3D engine, so you can create scenes, or what we all do, download a scene, put it on the scene folder and then just change the character, adjust some details here and there, and boom magic, there's porn.
