Sadly, it's the same for me.
Their content feels a little too "safe" to me, they're usually just playing Apex, Minecraft, and the current FOTM games like Fall Guys or Henry Stickmin.
Things that makes them stand out from every other vtubers, like Roberu's tourism game or Oga's Virtual Fighter, Rockman and Game Dev streams are pretty rare.
I already have enough Apex and Minecraft streams to watch for at least months right now...
The exception being Astel, even though he mostly plays Apex, it's okay because he's damn good at it.

ETL is a retarded thing to call someone. "second language" is a term used to denote the way language was obtained, and differentiate from "first language" - the one you absorbed as a kid, something you can't do after a certain age. If you absorbed 2 languages this way you'd be native in both and they both would be your first languages.
ESL only has negative connotations because of ESL teaching programs in english speaking countries, "popular" mostly among poor imigrants from what I understand.
"EOP" is just a holdover from /jp/, where english and nip are the only languages that matter. If you want something to call retards I'd say use this.
