Okay I know this is kind of cliche to answer, but Suisei is the only one I can think of that can tick off all four boxes.

Suisei successfully gets a boyfriend in high school.
She comes over to his house and greets his parents with a most pleasant smile.
And they let her go to his room without worry.
They've already talked extensively with their son about the dangers and responsibilities of such a relationship.
They were more worried about him than Suisei of course. To them she seemed like such an intelligent and mature, albeit physically undeveloped teenager. They have no idea she's in her late 20's.

The only reason you thinks she’s elegant is thanks to Nari-sensei design and the cool mask she puts on during performances. Watch any of her streams and you’ll know that she’s another overexcited gremlin child that spouts memes and bad impressions. Compared that to Sora, who exudes ladylike perfection constantly, so much so it intimidates her co-workers/audience.
