if you're talking about male collabs then no, she does have them occasionally. but it's more infrequent than some other chuubas
the reality is that most indies with decent skill will have collabed with a male, though a lot of the time it's because it's a huge event like a pokemon tournament or a worms collab

it might just be my monkey brain but sometimes i just end up reading the monday-sunday column and forgetting about the tuesday-saturday column i'd recommend not staggering them like that, even though it'd look way less aesthetically pleasing. having the reader zigzag like that just feels a little awkward
maybe if you get rid of the empty days, you could have tuesday-wednesday-friday-sunday all in the same column. then you could keep the right column reserved for indicating gorilla stream days or even weekly announcements

what's a good way of choosing mods? you obviously want to avoid viewer favoritism but yopu'd still want someone that'll show up for most streams

either works, really. cytubes generally guarantee that the video quality won't be choppy, but you have to constantly link the cytube channel on your stream. additionally, some viewers might not tune into the cytube channel so you're splitting your chat into two there
discord watchalongs usually filter a shitton of your viewers cause >discord, but since it's not a formal stream you probably won't worry about numbers as much. ex: ary's PSG watchalong and tiger's ippo watchalongs only get a small fraction of her viewers to show up but they're almost always comfy

depends on what's being read. it helps if it's one story per stream, or if it does take multiple streams that the story is in parts that are easy to jump into the middle of

i like those cause it feels a lot like a point and click adventure game but i also think it's gotta be pretty frustrating for the chuuba to keep dealing with wrong answers

it should really be measured more per month than per week. once per week can burn both the chuuba and the viewer out pretty quickly, but you don't want to have no collabs at all
maybe 2/3 collabs per month would be ideal? and maybe set up a "collab week" too just so that you have several weeks of standard content too
