Okay fine, here's how I view the envelope:

Scenario 1: It's Mel inviting Nazuna because heretofore Nazuna hasn't been invited yet in any lore video. Or Kson. This means Nazuna's lore video is coming or this is all tied to it. And Nazuna's memory loss is going to be a key (no pun intended) factor in whatever story arc we're going through post Melware. This scenario sucks because no new members, but if they do the story really well it'll at least be highly entertaining. So, this all hinges on what kind of writing Merry can do with this Avengers stuff. Why we would be getting a lore video for Nazuna now stems likely from the fact they're animating it. Her first appearance was the animated sequence during Kson's intro video, so it is possible that they want Nazuna's lore videos to be animated. Why? No idea, but it would explain why we're not getting it until now. Animating takes time when you're not a professional studio that churns this shit out every season.

Scenario 2: It's still Mel or Kson but the envelope isn't for Nazuna. Nazuna is being tasked to find someone, maybe related to this important human power that Nyan was talking about in the previous video. What I find interesting with this is you have Mouse talking about the 3 worlds coming together under her rule, and we know what forces are in place for Hell and Nature, but not Heaven. Nazuna might be tasked with recruiting someone in Heaven who will help VShojo stop IronMILF from conquering everything. Thus, if we get a new member, it isn't someone for EN but for JP likely.

Scenario 3: It's a new member showing Nazuna the envelope to win her trust to get close to her but for reasons unknown at this point. Perhaps whomever they are they know the power of the key she has or the purpose of it. It could also be that they work for the forces of Hell or the forces of Nature trying to coerce her to their side. We know Nazuna has a dark side that she rarely showcases (unless someone calls her flat) and she was there the day Mouse opened the door. Her memory loss might be the most severe because she knew the most about what was behind the door in Heaven. Her Key might be more than just a tool to unlock that door, it might be able to unlock something else. This new member could have their own angle on things, not working for anybody but VShojo as a new agent, pursuing whatever machinations Gunrun is up to.
