"Model freedom" isn't exactly the term I'd use, but unlike regular outfits where management mostly takes care of everything (they still get the talent's opinion, of course), here Okayu is the one leading the production process, coming up with the design for it and the one directly working with her mama and rigger.
Of course, management will still monitor how it goes and make sure it's not straight up obscene or controversial, but beyond that everything else is up to Okayu.
