This is a public service announcement. Contrary to what some malicious individuals have been propagating, rrats are disgusting and dangerous. They spread plague, misery and death wherever they are found. Some twisted and sadistic criminals find sick pleasure in helping rrats to spread and infect more places and people - these people should be found and summarily executed, not listened to. They are a menace upon our fair board.
