So let's talk.

VShojo has now managed to successfully launch a Japan branch with one, possibly two, of the most popular Japanese speaking vtubers from a previous company as their headway. One of them was fired, the other left for reasons that have ranged from "China lol" to disagreements over creative freedom. This particular talent is one of the most respected ones in both the Japanese and English vtuber worlds. Joining VShojo then becomes something of a viable possibility for others who may have been reluctant because it was an EN only company for the longest time and heretofore had not signed any big free agents except for one who was more or less a member in everything but name only.

Now we hear about a Nijisanji JP Male who quit because of similar creative differences with management. There have been whispers that some members of HL EN are not pleased with creative restrictions placed on them.

So... how long do you think it'll be before an actual talent poaching happens. And, would such an action be of benefit or harm to VShojo in the long run?
