>Why /lig/?
Large indie vtubers have more net fans, but they are outnumbered by 2views by the thousands. This is a thread for the VIP, regardless of what language they stream on.

Considering averages fluctuate widely, all the way down to 100 is reasonable. The minimal requirement however is being Twitch partner or the YouTube equivalent in numbers.

I Love Filian.
This is my thirty-eighth ever attempt at making OC of her.
Making this one I started to finally understand some things about shading hair, it's nowhere near good, but at least I understand in which direction to do it.
If you never made OC of your Oshi, just try, it's very rewarding.
I hope to one day be able to produce OC as Based as Filian.
