Kayfabe, lore, and immersion became meaningless when vtubers dropped the prerecorded skits content model in favor of livestreaming. When you livestream, you can't play a character 100% and you will always take some of the real you with you. In this way even the line between avatar and fleshcamming is superficial. If you prefer livestreaming you have absolutely no business complaining about vtubers showing their rtx or making it part of their content, because you already abandoned the idea of real vtubing when you turned your back on skits.

You treated real vtubers like dirt. Your standards for what counts as vtubing mean nothing and you deserve nothing.
