FCL, short for "full chin listeners", from her debut time Outlast streams where a throwaway joke about the enemies chasing her being her fans combined with some of them being pantsless with their dicks (chinchins) hanging out. Therefore they were full chin listeners, and for some reason not clear even to her that ended up sticking as the unofficial name for her fans ever since.
The default assumption now is that FCL spend most of their time naked, though since it later turned out Ange herself also spends much of her time naked whenever she's alone (pic related is a reference to when her mother entered her room unannounced while she was hanging around in the nude while visiting her parents' house), she kind of turned out to be a worthy leader for the FCL anyway.
Apparently FAKE TYPE wanted to include a mention of the FCL into her orisong too, but she figured it might be better to leave that one out.
