honestly, i'm a bit in the same boat too in regard to not knowing how far the momentum of self-improvement will go. i've never been the most self-disciplined person, so i'm hoping that some of the reps i've been doing become second nature. at the very least i've been brushing my teeth a second time and getting better at hygene without thinking too much about it, so there's that
