I'll lay a bit of numberfag knowledge on you, viewers of a stream are not a static group. There are people constantly opening the stream and closing it all the way through, it's called viewer churn. One of the ways to get higher CCV is having people sticking around for a longer period since the rate of people joining and leaving finds a higher equilibrium point. So think of a bucket with a hose in it and a hole at the bottom, the water stays level when the water comes out the hose at the same rate it exits through the hole. Increase the flow of water from the hose and the water rises, make the hole bigger and it lowers.

So Kiara's CCV is pretty strong evidence her time viewed is even lower than Moris because of the natural relationship between CCV and view time.
