How exactly do you want them to promote them?
ID3 got literally nothing from Cover except a fucking tweet and a reddit post.
Uproar gets the exact same as ID3, but then they're also shilled at the HoloExpo event and have billboards in Japan. People are still not going to watch them if they don't care about Holostars.
