They didn't win anything. They lost 100% of their ability to influence anyone who wasn't mentally ill and most of them were permanently mentally traumatized by the retard we elected President two years later. Now they have to deal with being in the seat of power and watching everything they thought they would get out of that evaporate like someone snapped the Infinity Gauntlet because their political patrons are actually nothing but parasites who were using them as tools. They tried to stand up over this intifadah and got slapped down like little bitches. None of this changed the life of gamers or the industry to make them more influential or popular at all.
