Just as you say, I genuinely want to talk to and be friends with other aspies but it's very difficult for me to talk to people.

The way I view it is that for someone like me with crippling social anxiety, you at least have the benefit of being surrounded by (sorta) like minded people who'll give you a chance. It's sort of a training ground, but you have to leave the training area eventually.
The natural downside of it all is that staying in 4chan centered communities can cloud your view. There's a lingering fear that even if you ignore your social shortcomings, you might accidentally slight someone because of cynicism, mannerisms, or what have you. It's probably unfounded most of the time.
Myself and anyone who has selfposted here are capable of doing well for themselves if they try, but TRYING is the important part. I want to do better. I may fail, but if I do, I can still say I tried. It feels suffocating trying to enter existing communities that already have established cliques, friend groups, and vibes, but I have to try. Small steps at a time.
I typed all of this but I still have no idea how to actually improve my streams themselves

I've hardly even networked with other aspies. I've been a reclusive shut in who only posts on 4chan for so long that I no longer possess the ability to socialize with people. I was an incredibly shy person before then, even in online spaces, so I have an insurmountable mental hurdle that trying to make friends with people or to advertise would be "encroaching" on circles that have already developed their own vibe. I rarely even talk in /asp/cord because I feel like I "missed the boat" so to speak during its formation and I'm just an outsider looking in at a clique I don't belong to. My lack of confidence also leaves me with the nagging feeling that people look down on me for having boring and/or low effort streams. I also have an extremely narrow set of interests so even on the off chance that someone were to approach me first with the prospect of collabing, I'd be afraid of not being able to mesh with them and bringing them down if they were much more popular than me. Plus, scheduling around timezones

/asp/ies are nice and other chuubas seem nice but I'm afraid to post in the groomercord often or DM anyone because I spent the last 10 years of my life just shut in my room and wageslaving so I no longer have social skills

I love card games and (sporadically) stream YGO and Shadowverse. And when the new Pokemon TCG game comes out of beta, that too. Always fun to talk cardboard with people. Collabs sound cool but picrel
