To be honest the Lazulight 1yr bullshit reminds me of those spoiled kids whose parents would buy them gifts at someone else's birthday just so they don't feel left out. It reeks of desperation to promote Luxiem at any opportunity and milk their fans even when the celebration has nothing to do with them.

Like there's absolutely nothing wrong with releasing 6 month merch for Luxiem, but they timed it specifically just to step on Lazulight's toes so Luxiem fangirls wouldn't feel left out of the celebration. It's ridiculously disrespectful to everyone involved including Luxiem themselves that management felt the need to do this when no one was asking for it. They had just had a round of merch less than 2 months beforehand for White Day too, none of their fans were starved for merch but somehow Noor felt the Chinese fujos would leave if they don't release a round of Luxiem merch every time the girls have the spotlight.

Pomu paid for the entire thing herself, she started planning it before Luxiem even debuted all the way back in October/November. Management didn't do anything for her, she had to pay for the acrylics and had to get her friends to make the balloon with her and everything.
