This one can be hard to notice depending on how well the vtuber masks it, but being shy literally stops you from doing the things that people consider funny.
Science says that people stop being creative as they age up because they're afraid of failure, and that completely inhibits creativity because creative tasks have a higher chance of failure and we know this (Or that's what I understood from their explanation anyways).
Shyness is fear of failure, and has the same effects on creativity.

You really shouldn't have needed a lecture to learn those things, to most good entertainers they come naturally after streaming for a while.
Kongou can tell people what to do in his lectures and if people follow those lectures they'll do okay. But they lack some deeper understanding of what they're doing, its sterile.
