You can't just compare different artists. Mika nerfs Mumei in her drawings of her, whilst Asagi and Wada have Mumei be bigger than Bae. I can assure you that Azure would make Bae and Mumei the same cup, with Bae being smaller because she's way shorter.
Though I will say that Wada draws Bae a bit too small.

Since evey girl has her own artist it always comes down to artstyle comparisons, and in Azure's style Mumei is very large.
Whenever another holoparent draws her she is firmly in the upper end of being big.
