I go by danbooru tag definitions though, they're the final arbiter of all things weeb culture related.
I counted the the height for both the head and the full body including hair, without the ahoge.

Here's the best pic of her new model I could find. It has some of her boots missing but I think she might be just about 6 heads tall, maybe a bit less. It takes some creativity to decide where her feet would be.
