I tried the recipe someone linked here the other day. Some chopped mushrooms and gnocchi, with olive oil and a bit of minced garlic, salt and black pepper roasted in the oven for about 15 minutes then added some spinach and bleu cheese and let in for another 10. I expected it to be dry but it's actually pretty yummy. The picture makes it look like there's more spinach than there really is as well.
