Okay, so if I'm reading this right, she basically denies only the timing of the "I want to ruin them all" statement, as well as the target.

She does not deny that she said that, or that she talked about perceived "bullying" from someone (very likely from management, which is why there's talk of "reputational damage").
Cover's POV is that this is a false statement since it's literally all in her head, but she insists this is true which is what they can't agree on.

She's kinda pitiful honestly.
