/vt/ - Virtual Youtubers

Autumn is over (at least for us), and it is with a jab of pain deep within in my chest that I announce my graduation from management, tactical and otherwise, from /vt/.

Last year, I had the massive honor to found this team. It wouldn't be correct to say I did it all myself though. I had an amazing aesthetics worker who continually made this team look great. And I had a bit of help here and there learning from some people, even though I could never quite see the pitch like they do. Recently, I had my co-managers who I tried to teach as much as I felt I could before today.

Our kits are copycats, the logo is messy, but they're ours. We made this, /vt/. You may not believe it, but we did. I saw it all be born from day 1. We forged this team on the pitch through little fuckups and miracles alike. Every in-game minute since Nenechi tied us 3-3 against /soc/, I felt like this team had magic in it.

Each of you have been amazing fans. You are the greatest and most passionate fanbase the Cup has ever seen. And I think there's even more potential deep down too, just waiting to be drawn out. Thank you all so much for having me, really. I have been honored to be this team's, this board's, manager.

Lastly, I do have one favor I want to ask, though - from founder to fan.

Only this board's fanbase shows up so powerfully these days in the Cup. So, please, never ever, lose your passion for this team. Even if it's just showing up to call the managers retarded for not winning by 4 goals or more or that the roster or music is shit. Please keep that fire burning brightly.

Victory hasn't come to us yet. I could only keep the lights on; I couldn't bring you a star or even a Babby win, but I promise you someone will, one day. Don't give up on this team until there's a star on the rrat, please. There's a quiet, sometimes active and sometimes dead, thread where you might find me if you ever need me.

I changed presets while doing well and immediately was punished for it. That's on me. I'm sorry.

We play again in Summer in around 3 months. /vt/ League 3 is currently planned for early September as well.

I'm glad we got out of the group and the support this cup really helped more than I can explain. I made a rookie mistake and cost us though, I'll do better in Summer, I hope.

If you would all have me, I would be honored to return for Summer and so on.
