I think it'd be fair to assume Ame has some skill in hand to hand combat and isn't totally untrained
but slightly more capable physically than the average normal human.
and given her experience with time travel, she could logically give herself even more physical training.
plus looking at what she's up against in gen lore, investigating a reaper, a cult priestess, a phoenix and an Atlantean.
I think she'd know well enough after enough time, how to deal with them in confrontation.

You could make cases like this for any of the other "normal humans" in hololive
And I think the time travel wasnt even a part of Ame's lore at first but she added it in not too long after debut.
your own headcanon will also play a role when interpreting official lore
