There's 2 ways to look at it.
1. VShojo university is a coincidence. It's related to Mouse's upcoming concert that has a school theme to it and nothing more.
2. Mouse has teased this this concert as being more than just some songs. Knowing her love for musicals and the title (Attack of the Magic Cloud) some people are thinking it could also be a musical of some kind, but given that Mouse is a big VShojo stan she probably wouldn't be averse to teasing something new during or after this concert. The title itself could also be the tease since there's nothing related to VShojo currently that could be described as a "magic cloud"

tldr; if you want to see if there's anything to VShojo university being related to Pomu or Mika's post-graduation plans just watch the concert. It'll be free and drops in February.

No one's really sure. This is from Mouse's new intro video based on Vshojo girls in university. And Mouse announced her concert that has a poster that looks like it's in a classroom picrel. Gunrun tweets that out and that's about where we are now. Everything else is purely speculation at this point. We'll probably know more in February when the concert is out.
