Mori tends to set pretty high expectations for herself and others. After seeing Ame just squandering her chances by being a lazy bitch she obviously chooses to not associate with her anymore.
With Ame it's simple. She's just a jealous bitch. She was once poised to overtake Mori which teamates keep gloating about but through her own efforts created an unassailable lead.

I'm honestly not sure why Mori only associates herself with people with merit. Just look at her relation with Council
1. Bae: Hardest worker in Council currently. Grinded her to overtaking Fauna by networking constantly and maintaining a steady stream schedule
2. IRyS: She respects her streaming so much despite the work she has to put in as Cover's music monkey.
3. Sana: while she had to take time off due to bereavement she came back roaring with marathon streams and ability to generate SC.
4. Fauna: Pretty lukewarm on her but Fauna also tends to be hit or miss week to week
5. Mumei: she sympathises with her having to juggle with school too but seeing that she's putting less effort in hololive she would also put less effort in her relationship with her.
6. Kronii: just like Ame, has lost all respect for her and avoids her as much as possible.
